Returns & Exchanges

We want you to obsess over your look, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days to return or exchange your items. All returns must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
